Delivery Times

The following dates are UK public holidays. On normal working days the deadline for receiving orders is 5pm on Monday-Friday or 11am on Saturdays.

Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail 1st Class letter post and 95% of balloons are delivered next day. We cannot make any refund if the Postal Delivery is delayed unless you have selected the £4.05 surcharge for Guaranteed delivery.
