Terms & Conditions
- We offer to supply a standard size foil balloon filled with helium,
tied with ribbon and secured with a weight. This is packed in a box suitable
for transit by postal service.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information
first time and pay immediately by Credit Card.
- We offer to mail the balloon the same working day for orders received
up to 15:00 Monday to Fridays, 10:00 Saturday and to acknowledge your order by e-mail.

- If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know right away by e-mail.
- Helium filled balloons generally last at least a week from the time
we inflate them. Some Royal Mail services, even within the UK travel by
air, and the altitude may cause some slight loss of helium.
- All charges incurred will be billed to your Credit or Debit card. If
the charge is refused we may, at our sole discretion cancel the order or
without notice use other remedies to collect the debt and the costs of
collection.
- We reserve the right to decline an order, but will e-mail to tell you
if we do this.
- The charges shown include UK Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate, 17.5%.
- The charges shown include UK Postage & Packing, except the optional guaranteed
delivery surcharge.

- This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer
Warranty
- Product
If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the value of the item.
We will not substitute any alternative item without your agreement.
- Service If you are not entirely satisfied with our service we
will refund your money without quibble.
- Delivery We use Royal Mail 1st Class letter post and 95% of
balloons are delivered next day. We cannot make any refund if the Postal
Delivery is delayed unless you have selected the £4.05
surcharge for Guaranteed delivery.
Complaints
If you have any concerns, problems or formal complaint, please click reply on the
acknowledgement e-mail we sent you, or e-mail

or ring us on +44 (0) 29 2088 7535. We will respond within 12 hours and settle the complaint within 3 days unless the problem is outside our control
(such as with Royal Mail). We will keep you informed of progress promptly.
Environmental Statement
Our balloons are made of foil and filled with helium. Whilst helium should not be
deliberately inhaled, the gas is not dangerous when released to the atmosphere. We
attach a weight which should not be removed to let the balloon fly away, as it could
become entangled in electrical cables, or simply cause litter when it lands. When
finished with, the foil balloon and the ribbon can be safely be disposed of as
ordinary household waste.
